Children with autism are more likely to be bullied

This article discusses how children with autism are at a much greater risk to be bullied than typical students. With the prevalence rate of autism at 1 in 110, it is very likely that we will work with these students at some point throughout our careers.

I really liked the Anti-bullying program mentioned in the article. I think that as teacher we need to be proactive and do our best to prevent bullying.
