This link had some great ideas for activities to create a caring classroom. I liked that there were activities with different goals, such as friendship, sharing, respect, truth etc. I also liked that there were suggested books to read to help achieve these goals. This is a great website with a lot of helpful activities to build a classroom community. I think I will bookmark it to have as a reference.
